With the arrival of Memorial Day weekend, summer is right around the corner so its time to lighten up, kick back and enjoy.

From family reunions and company picnics to neighborhood barbecues and pool parties, summer is social. And when we get together, what do we love to do? Eat.

Here are a few ideas to kick start your healthy summer:
